What can you bring to the test center on the day of the LSAT?

I was just wondering if it is possible to take a purse to the LSAT test center, even though I know you’re not allowed to bring it into the actual testing room, or even use it during the break.

I would recommend just leaving your purse and phone, especially, in the car. I’ve taken the test twice. The first time the proctor was very nice and offered to hold a girl’s purse at the front desk, but the other time the proctor made the girl take her purse to the car. Whatever you need, just put in that plastic bag. You don’t know what kind of proctor you’ll get so don’t bother with the purse. And you are right they don’t let you access it. You don’t know where they’ll put it for you if they offer to store if for you at all. Don’t risk it, just use the plastic bag.

    Good luck.

just bring what is needed. In your exam slip, it was clearly indicated that you can only bring a pen, eraser and number 2 pencil.

As for the purse, it will largely be dependent upon the proctor. In my case, I allow that, provided during the exam, all purse, mobile phones and other things not needed for the exam be placed on my table.

to be sure, don’t bring any. Just some food for your morning break and lunch placed in a clear plastic bag.
