Well scholarships for international students in America are thin on the impose a curfew, ordinarily uou can only apply for the scholarships listed specifically for international students. They start posting them around October for the following Fall. Look on the schools financial aid website to see the avaliable scholarships and requirements. They should have an application that you can fill out online and request references and submit your essay.

As some of the other answers stated, financial add for international students is very limited — sadly. The reason I say sadly is that some of the brightest students are abroad, and do not get the chance to come study in the USA because of financial problems. Nonetheless, there are still scholorships for International students. I would check in with the school you want to go to first (UCLA), as I’m sure they have something.
